Obsession

Obsession (Sky Ferreira)

The summer wind was warm and sweet with the smell of earth.  Remus sat by the Black Lake, his nose burried in a book.  

It was nice to be alone at last.  As much as Remus loved his boyfriend, he hadn't has a moment of peace to sit and read since he and Sirius had gotten together.

Remus was lost inside his book when the world went black.  The sweaty hand over his eyes belonged to none other than Sirius Black.  "I was reading,"  Remus said, pulling the hand away.

Sirius looked down at Remus with big innocent blue eyes.  "But Rem, I want to be loved."  He sat down beside Remus and pulled his best puppy dog face.  He draped himself over Remus' lap.  

"You know I love you,"  Remus said, trying to surpress a smile.  "But I'm busy."

"You're always busy Moony,"  Sirius pouted.  "You always have your face glued to a book, and it's like  I don't exist."

Remus set his book beside him and turned his full attention to the boy in his lap, playing with his long black hair.  Sirius let out a soft purring noise, quite pleased with himself.   When he finally spoke, his voice was little more than a whisper.  "I think you have an obsession, Mr Lupin.  You are far too attached to your books."

Remus smiled down at Sirius, "There is only one thing I am addicted to, Mr. Black," he chuckled at the formality.  "And that happens to be you."

"Good,"  Sirius said, sitting up and kissing Remus.  "I want to be your only obsession."
